ZOLL Expands Ventilator Offering 

ZOLL® Medical is pleased to announce the acquisition of several ventilator product lines. These include the bellavista®, LTV®, 3100 HFOV and fabian®* ventilators. We’re excited to enhance our ability to serve a broader range of clinicians and critically ill patients with these product lines.

ZOLL acquired the bellavista®, LTV®, 3100 HFOV, and fabian®* ventilator product lines. This includes ventilator devices as well as associated consumables, service parts, accessories, and service program offerings. These solutions range from neonatal to adult care and are both invasive and non-invasive.

Customers benefit from this acquisition because these products, which are popular with hospitals and transport agencies around the world, will have the backing of a strong, stable company and will continue to be available to the clinicians and patients who need them. Adding to ZOLL’s product portfolio also gives customers more choice and a broader set of solutions.

Solutions from the bellavista®, LTV®, 3100 HFOV, and fabian®* product lines are available immediately.

ZOLL is doing everything it can to limit disruption to orders and deliveries. At this time, we do not expect disruptions to current orders, delivery schedules, or ongoing business. We appreciate your ongoing patience during this transition period.

Respiratory care is central to ZOLL’s business strategy and has been for many years. This acquisition provides customers more comprehensive solutions and enhances our ability to serve a broader range of clinicians and patients.

ZOLL announced its intention to acquire certain assets of Vyaire Medical’s ventilator business in August 2024. The acquisition was successfully completed on October 11.

No. Vyaire was comprised of two business units: Ventilators, and Respiratory Diagnostics. ZOLL acquired certain assets of Vyaire’s Ventilation Business Unit consisting of: bellavista®, LTV®, 3100 HFOV, and fabian®* product lines.

ZOLL did not acquire the Vyaire brand and will not be using it in association with the acquired ventilation products. The names of the product lines that ZOLL acquired – bellavista®, LTV®, 3100 HFOV, and fabian®* – will continue to be used.

ZOLL will continue to sell the acquired ventilation solutions to customers, and ZOLL anticipates that there will be no interruptions in its ability to do so. We are focused improving the customer experience and ensuring continuity of operations so that these solutions can continue to be available to the customers and patients who need them. Over the coming weeks and months, our teams will be focused on integrating the newly acquired business, including personnel, assets and various office locations, into our organization.
