Pennsylvania Police Officer Saved by Deputies Using AED Plus and CPR

November 10, 2010 - Two Allegheny County Sheriff's deputies saved the life of a McKeesport police officer with the help of a ZOLL automated external defibrillator (AED) at the Allegheny County Court House. The officer had collapsed on the stairs in a cardiac arrest, and the two deputies performed CPR and then used the AED Plus® to shock and revive him.
